BIOGRAPHY
Noah Strausser Speer Wyle, known simply as Noah Wyle , is an American actor, born on June 4, 1971, in California. His parents separated from him when he was little and he lived with his mother, an orthopedic nurse, and her new husband, a movie theater restorer. Interested in acting, Noah studied at Northwestern University, in the theater program. At said school he was the winner of the student prize for a work that he wrote himself. Upon graduation, he studied acting with Larry Moss, a renowned theater teacher. With few credits in his young career, Noah managed to obtain his most recognized and famous role, that of Dr. John Carter, in the successful series Emergency Room (1994-2009), over 254 episodes, being one of the last members originals of the cast that left the series. For this role, Wyle received 3 Golden Globe nominations and 5 Emmy nominations. In addition to his professional career, Noah is part of the NGO, Doctors of the World, and is an artistic producer of the Blank Theater Company. In his career, participations in films such as Donnie Darko (2001), The Californians (2005), The Informant (2017) and series such as Falling Skies (2011-2015), The Librarians (2014-2018) and The Red also stand out. Line (2019).
