Upon their arrival in London on Saturday, a Saudi Arabian delegation is making a final effort to convince Liverpool to sell Mohamed Salah this week.
Despite an initial offer of approximately £150 million being rejected, Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp reiterated on Sunday that Salah is not for sale and is content at Liverpool.
Klopp emphasized, ‘I never had any doubt about his commitment. He is our player and wants to play here.’
The Saudis are now looking to increase their offer to £200 million in the next 48 hours, believing that Salah would be willing to join Al-Ittihad.
According to Mail Online, the Saudi delegation has landed in London to make a final attempt to secure the signing of the Egyptian star before Thursday’s deadline.
