- Urges for the police to take action against Bola Tinubu’s daughter, Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, the Iyaloja General of Lagos State, have been expressed by the Labour Party (LP).
- The call was prompted by complaints from affected traders and the recurring attacks on the party and its members in Lagos State.
The LP has formally requested the police to arrest and prosecute Bola Tinubu’s daughter, Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, the Iyaloja General of Lagos State.
The LP has insisted on Tinubu-Ojo’s arrest for allegedly pressuring traders who did not attend a Women’s rally in support of her father’s presidential ambition, to either pay N5,000 or face closure.
Highlighting the reported attack on the party’s offices in Ajegunle and other locations in Lagos, Comrade Abayomi, revealed the party’s efforts to foster a harmonious political environment in the state.
The statement also accused the Police Command in the state of neglecting the party’s appeals to establish a conducive environment for all politicians in Lagos, regardless of their party affiliation.
